Frequently Asked Questions
Why should I choose Sweet Release?
All our products are made from scratch using our own recipes to give you and your friends a unique Sweet Release experience. If you are dairy free, egg free, nut free vegan, you have the assurance that we are a fully vegan, nut free shop so there is the least risk of contamination compared to other places. Please note that manufacturers cannot guarantee their products and we use ingredients that have "May Contain".
Do you have Wifi?
Yes! And it's free! Just ask the team at the counter for the password when you put your order through.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we have paywave and accept credit cards in store. For our website orders, we accept bank payments, paypal, credit card and laybuy (6 week payment).
Do you Deliver?
Yes, our menu can be purchased for delivery via Deliver Easy
Do you take reservations
We can for 4 or more people. Please call our shop phone during open hours to reserve a table.
We charge our bakers time at $30 per hour so the more complicated the cake, the more hours are required to complete.
I need a cake asap. Do you have any in store ready to go?
We always have whole cakes ready to go at the shop and cheesecakes in our freezer for those last minute cake needs. Check out our Facebook or Instagram stories which we update every morning with what's available.
Do you cater for special diets and allergies?
We believe everyone should be able to eat delicious treats. Our products are vegan and nut free by default. Let the team know of any allergies and we'll let you know what you can eat from the menu.
What is a pay it forward meal?
It's an initiative we have in place to help feed people in need. If you need a free meal, pop into the store and there is a board at the entrance that shows how many we have available. You can also check out the availability via our instagram stories or check out the website via the online shop. If you would like to purchase a pay it meal voucher for someone else in need, you can purchase them here. It costs $10 and they can use it as the equivalent in store.

What is your policy with donating to charities?
