Nut Roast Recipe

Ingredients In a large pot: 4 cups of grated carrots 280gms of TVP 400gms of cashews 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 ½ tsp salt 1 ½ tsp pepper 2 Tbsp mixed herbs 1 ½ Tbsp mixed spice 6 cups of liquid beef stock (6 tsp of powder and 6 cup of water) More water as required In large bowl: 400gms rolled oats Method -Mix everything that is in the pot and cook for 20mins. Coconut Custard Pie Recipe

Makes 8” wide cake. Spring form pan highly recommended. No baking needed. Microwave use. Ingredients 75gms Olivani 250gms crushed biscuit crumbs 200gm custard powder (Edmonds brand is vegan) 2 cups rice milk 2 Tbsp caster sugar 1 cup shredded coconuts 210gms of coconut cream whipped coconut cream   Method 1.
