Ingredients
In a large pot:
- 4 cups of grated carrots
- 280gms of TVP
- 400gms of cashews
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp mixed herbs
- 1 ½ Tbsp mixed spice
- 6 cups of liquid beef stock (6 tsp of powder and 6 cup of water)
- More water as required
In large bowl:
- 400gms rolled oats
Method
-Mix everything that is in the pot and cook for 20mins. Stirring occasionally.
-Once cooked, place cooked ingredients into a blender and blitz to desired consistency.
-Preheat oven to 180deg.
-Pour blended ingredients into rolled oats bowl and mix. The rolled oats will be there to absorb any remaining liquid.
-Put mixture into 2x bread pans or a large pan.
-Cook for 1 hour.
-Enjoy
